I connect business needs with technical decisions and stay involved through implementation.
I help teams build, recover, and improve the websites and systems they use every day. My experience spans freelance development, running my own company, and taking technical responsibility at SAB Digital Marketing Agency. Through SAB’s partnership with an agency in Germany, I also maintain and optimize client websites, with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.

AT A GLANCE
Who is Dicky Ibrohim?
I am Dicky Ibrohim, a Technical Lead at SAB Digital Marketing Agency with a background in website engineering and building a web services business. My work connects business requirements with architecture, security, server operations, and implementation.
Through SAB’s partnership with Woogency, an agency in Germany, I work on production websites used by customers as well as staging environments for testing changes. My responsibilities include recovery, maintenance, feature development, and performance optimization for client websites.
I also help build maintenance and analysis engines for recurring work across hundreds of active staging sites. The system connects to client servers and dedicated servers, and integrates with a password manager for access management. Security checks, code updates, and feature tests include automatic restoration when a staging change fails.
At SAB, I develop AI-assisted approaches to preparing personalized presentations for prospective clients.
Much of that work starts with a problem people already feel: a compromised website, a broken feature, rising infrastructure costs, or an operational process that is difficult to use. I investigate the cause, explain the options, and work through implementation and testing.
Running a business has shaped how I make engineering decisions. A system needs to be usable, maintainable, and worth its operating costs. The reasoning behind it should also make sense to people who do not write code.

SELECTED CONTRIBUTIONS
02
Real problems. A clear account of my contribution.
Selected work that shows how I balance user needs, infrastructure constraints, and operational responsibility.
01 / 06
Reliability · Ticketing
Ticketing for a viral food business in Blok M
Optimized VPS capacity
2 vCPU
Ticket releases brought concentrated demand within a short window, while server costs needed to stay modest.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I handled architecture and optimization on a 2 vCPU VPS, including concurrency control, load-aware queues, and duplicate-transaction prevention. Load testing and monitoring helped identify bottlenecks before and during the event.
OUTCOME & VALUE
The system handled peaks of approximately 1,000–3,000 requests per minute and remained operational throughout the sales windows I handled, until stock sold out.
02 / 06
Operations · Usability
Recording nationwide goods distribution
Records in the distribution workflow
~10,000
Several stakeholders needed to work with shared distribution data through an understandable workflow on limited server resources.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I worked on import, export, and bulk updates for approximately 10,000 records, using staged processing, validation, query optimization, and approvals where needed.
OUTCOME & VALUE
The workflow was designed so users could carry out their tasks with little explanation, while keeping the system responsive and reducing operational mistakes.
03 / 06
Infrastructure · Security
Making infrastructure more cost-efficient
Annual server spending
Lower costs
Server spending needed to be brought under control while supporting websites already in operation.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I reviewed capacity requirements and reorganized infrastructure operations, alongside improvements to client website security and operational access.
OUTCOME & VALUE
Annual server costs fell significantly, accompanied by stronger security controls and better-organized operations.

Development · Maintenance
SAB’s website and cross-border collaboration
Jira tickets for Woogency, through SAB
3,000+
Each website had its own requirements, from new features to incidents that needed prompt investigation.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I handle SAB’s main website and local and overseas client websites. For clients of Woogency, SAB’s partner agency in Germany, my work covers production websites used by customers and staging environments for testing. It includes malware removal, bug fixes, custom features, optimization, migration, and server operations.
OUTCOME & VALUE
Working for Woogency through SAB, I resolved more than 3,000 Jira tickets before the move to ClickUp, then continued handling thousands of cases in ClickUp. That experience strengthened my ability to investigate unfamiliar systems and choose repairs suited to each website.

Woogency · Maintenance & analysis
Maintaining and analyzing hundreds of staging sites across servers
Active staging sites for recurring checks
Hundreds
Recurring analysis
Maintenance & testing
Restore on failure
Final approval
Hundreds of active staging sites run on client servers and dedicated servers. Malware checks, newly disclosed vulnerabilities, and the condition of the code need regular attention without requiring the team to work through every site manually.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Through SAB’s partnership with Woogency, an agency in Germany, I help build maintenance and analysis engines that connect these staging environments with a password manager for access management. The workflow covers security analysis, maintenance at scale, code updates, and testing new features in staging before deployment to production. Automatic restoration recovers a staging site when a change or test fails; the work is still reviewed before final approval.
OUTCOME & VALUE
Designed to help the team maintain and analyze more websites consistently, with fewer manual steps and controlled operating costs. Testing and restoration in staging help reduce the risk of changes before they reach customers in production.

SAB · Presentations & AI
Turning prospect information into a tailored presentation
Presentations built around each prospect
Personalized
Prospect information
Tailored presentation
Follow-up
SAB’s team approaches prospective clients, including through cold outreach. Information from those conversations needs to become a presentation that speaks to each business’s situation and needs.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I help design an AI-assisted workflow so SAB can quickly prepare personalized presentations from the prospect information available. The material is tailored to the business context and reviewed before it is used in follow-up conversations.
OUTCOME & VALUE
Presentation preparation becomes faster, more cost-efficient, and more relevant to the prospect. The team can spend more of its time on the conversation and the business needs it aims to address.
HOW I WORK
Technical leadership grounded in the work.
I see technical leadership in clear decisions, standards people can follow, and the ability to help others understand why a change matters.
01
Turn experience into usable guidance
I write technical guides around the cases we handle: what to check, how to assess the result, and when a change is ready to use. That guidance also covers the role of AI in the workflow.
02
Assess quality through actual delivery
I review implementation against requirements, specifications, risks, and acceptance criteria. I report technical evaluations directly to the director to support engineering performance reviews and project decisions.
03
Keep engineering responsibility with people
I start with business logic, data structures, and system boundaries. AI helps with implementation; the result goes through code review, testing, security checks, and monitoring appropriate to the project.
03
EDUCATION
Education and technical foundations.
A foundation in computer networking grew into an informatics degree, international academic experience, and continued technical learning.
International study at the Faculty of Information and Communication Technology through a student mobility programme.
Studied in a cross-cultural academic environment as part of the degree at Universitas Dian Nuswantoro.
